1. Origin & Evolution of Yoga 

瑜伽的起源和演变

Explore the ancient origins of Yoga, understand if Yoga is a philosophy, religion or science, walk down the History lane for a quick glance at the evolution of different Yogic schools, admire some classical works on Yoga, get familiar with different approaches to Yoga, say 'Namaste' to some Ascended Yogis of ancient as well as modern times and understand how Yoga spread through the world. All you need is an open heart and an inquisitive mind.

Asana practice is not about the mechanical arrangement and correction of your body structure. Genuinely getting into the characters and personalities of each asana, that's the real start of yoga practice. Reading menu never gives the experience of good food mentioned in the menu. To experience the secret of yoga is to practice and discover yourself.

4. Shavasana to Shivasana 从躺尸式到湿婆式

Asanas are not just physical exercises: they have biochemical, psycho-physiological and psycho-spiritual effects, through which our sleeping bodies are activated by a flash of light and become sensitive, rhythmic and energetic. Stimulation for Awareness is the norm, while there will be a stage where you can attain intense focus with complete detachment, this is the whole purpose of Asana practice. Be alive, be awake and be aware,

体位法不仅限于肢体练习,它还具有生化,生理,心理及灵魂层面的效用。在体式中,沉睡的身体好似忽然被一束灵光所激活,开始变得有感觉、有节奏、有活力。通过刺激来增进意识是常见的做法,但最终你会进入这样一个完全超脱却又极度专注的状态,这才是瑜伽修行的真正目的。生命,唤醒,觉知。


5. Asana Alignment 体式顺位

When we stand in an upright position, there are three elements at play in this simple yet integrated posture; 1. understanding about the external space is a mental activity, 2. the way we internally perceive and instruct our bodies to stand is an intellectual activity, and 3. ultimately our body that is standing upright is the physical activity. The alignment we are talking about is far beyond rectifying our postures to a specific pattern. Asana Alignment about Communication, Correspondence and Coordination.

在看似简单却有复杂的站立体式当中,有三个重要的因素在起作用: 1. 用头脑去感知外界的空间 2. 用智慧去理解并引导身体的姿态 3. 最终用身体去实现战力体式。这里,我们做说的体式顺位,远远超越了机械性的矫正身体的姿态。体式顺位,是沟通,回应和协同。


6. Prana Vidya 生命之气智慧

What makes any motion possible: the blink of an eye, the budding of a flower, the splitting of atoms or the fall of a meteor? Thousands of years ago, the yogis living in the shadow of the Himalayas fathomed the inherent quality of motion in creation and they called it prana. Prana is ever present in every aspect of creation. The prana within every created object gives existence and material form. If there were no prana, there would be no existence. If prana were withdrawn from the universe, there would be total disintegration.

是什么让这些行为成为可能:眨眼,植物长出花苞,原子的裂变或是流星的陨落?几千年以前, 生活在喜马拉雅山下的瑜伽士们领悟到宇宙万物运动的内在本质,并把它称之为生命之气 (prana)。生命之气存在于宇宙万物的各个方面 。如果没有生命之气, 就没有物质的存在。如果把生命气从宇宙中抽走,那么一切都会瓦解。

9. Chakra Dhyana 脉轮静心

It is one of the most authoritative and time-tested texts on Yoga and has been guiding millions of practitioners over thousands of years. Yoga Sutras contain a detailed roadmap with eight milestones that mark the yogic path of the practitioners. Yoga Sutras is a perfect starting point for anyone looking to expand their Yoga practice beyond the mat and explore the philosophy behind postures.

11. Vedic Chanting 吠陀唱诵

Chanting is about rhythm. Rhythm is about a spontaneous flow. Spontaneous flow is about natural expression. Natural expression is about concentration. Concentration is about happiness. Happiness is about positive mind-set. Positive mind-set is about chanting. It is cyclic and only a man who is filled with positivity can chant and a man who is positive will chant. Chanting can liberate us from human sufferings.

唱诵在于音律。音律在于自发的流淌,即自然的表达。自然表达在于专注一念。专念关乎幸福。幸福在于正面的心智设定。正心正意则在于唱诵。这是循环。只有正性之人才会唱诵,才愿唱诵。唱诵能解脱生而为人的痛苦吗?如果发烧时一次愉快的对话可以令人片刻间忘记高烧,我们是否曾想过,每天求助于音律,会对人产生怎样的影响,会减轻多少痛苦折磨?

1.The foundation course is free of cost. All the incurring training costs and faculty expenditure will be covered by Yoga Diksha® Foundation and Just Yoga China. 基础培训课程免费,期间产生的一切培训费用及教师支出,将由Yoga Diksha®及Just Yoga支付。

2.The registration fee 200RMB will be used for covering the logistics of documents and certificates that will be issued to you during and after the training programme. The registration fee is not refundable. As a token of incentive, it will also encourage you to take the registration seriously.  注册费用200元将用于支付学分证书的制作和运输等费用。注册费不予退还,也希望以此激励大家重视此次的报名和培训。

3.Booking will only be confirmed with the full payment of registration fee. We will inform your registration number once the booking is confirmed. 课程预定以成功支付200元的注册费为准。报名成功后,我们将告知您的注册号。

4.100% attendance compulsory. If you are not sure about your attendance, please keep the place for other 必须保证全勤,如若无法保证全程出席,请将名额让给其他学员。

6.All the teachings will be conducted in English, with professional translator’s Chinese language support throughout the course. 培训课程为英文授课,全程提供专业中文翻译。

7.Please bring your own yoga mat, towel (if needed), water bottle, pen, notebook and recording instruments. 参与者需自行携带瑜伽垫,毛巾(如有需要),水杯,纸笔和录音工具参与课程。
