One of the most obvious things about having a body is that it tends to stiffen and tighten the older you get, much like a plant that is tender and supple when young and becomes hard, dry, and woody with age. 关于身体,最显见的现象之一,便是它会随着年龄而变得僵硬紧绷,就像植物,会随着老化逐渐由柔嫩有韧性而变得干硬木质化。

When you were young, you were probably very flexible; most children are. As you have grown older, your range and ease of movement have probably diminished. Perhaps you're not as spry as you once were, you move more slowly, and you may be experiencing more aches and subtle pains. You may also have noticed that you're less energetic, less resilient to change, more prone to injury, and that injuries take longer to heal. You may not feel quite as alive as you used to feel. 当你们年轻时,你们可能非常灵活——很多孩子都是的。当年长之后,你们的动作范围和灵活程度就相应缩减了。你们也许不如从前那么敏捷,动作变缓,也许会经历各种疼痛和难言的辛苦。你们也许还会注意到自己精力衰减,适应能力下降,容易受伤,而且伤后不易愈合。你们可能感觉不如从前活得好了。

About Teacher 老师介绍

West Bengal - the Land of Yogis, the spiritual location where Rama Krishna and Swami Vivekananda attained Moksha. This is the place where teacher Buddha was coming from. Born in a family of Karma Yogis, Buddha has been practicing yoga since the young age of 16. Through the asana practice, he came to realize the deeper level of experience and awareness in yoga. And ever since dedicated to the study of Yoga both academically and practically.

Buddha 老师出生于印度“瑜伽士之沃土”西孟加拉。历史上有名的瑜伽士Rama Krishna和Swami Vivekananda 均来自此神圣之地。出生于一个奉爱瑜伽修行的家庭,从16岁起, Buddha老师便开始练习瑜伽。通过长期的体式练习,他觉知到瑜伽更深层次的体验。随后他便全身心的投入瑜伽修习。

Through the academic study, Buddha came to realize that yoga goes way beyond the mat practice, and permeates into every single moment of life. Put on a smile, let yoga to help you balance your life, face up to every situation in your life in a yogic way. Yoga has no age limitation, yoga transcends any gender. Buddha believes love transcends every forms of existence, belief and obligation. The inner being is the only guru, let love and share be the philosophy of living. 

通过瑜伽学士及硕士的学习,他完整的认识到瑜伽不仅是垫上的练习,更是每时每刻的生活态度和方式。面带微笑,让瑜伽去平衡你的生活,用瑜伽去面对每一个境遇,瑜伽没有年龄限制,瑜伽无关性别分类。Buddha相信,爱超越一切存在、一切信仰和一切义务。他敬神为内在上师,以开放纯净之心,与人共享爱的哲学。
