初学者指导 Beginners Tips

第一步 Stage One

切记不要在上课前食用过多的食物,可以流食轻食为主。减少胃部的负担。

于上课前十分钟办理登记手续,好让在正式上课前让身心安定下来。

Avoid over-eating before the class. Preferably to eat some light and liquid food, so as to reduce the burden on your stomach. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for the class registration. Give yourself enough time to settle down before the class starts.

第二步 Stage Two

关于课程选择,注意查看课程的难以程度 (L1 L2 L3),选择适合初学者程度的课程。

在课堂开始前,请向老师说明你是首次练习瑜伽,同时简单说明你的身体状况。

About class selection, please be sensitive about the challenging level of the class (L1 L2 L3) and choose the classes suitable for beginners. Before the class starts, inform the teachers that it is the first time for you to join the class, and also explain your physical condition if necessary.

第三步 Stage Three

上课前和下课后,可以根据自己的情况,向老师发问,以便深入了解瑜伽练习。

同时也可以分享自己的练习心得,这亦有助加深师生之间的沟通。

Before and after the class, please communicate with the teacher about your practice and try to understand deeper about yoga. Share your personal feelings about the practice, this will also enhance your communication with the teacher.

第四步 Stage Four

练习瑜伽应持之以恒,这样才会得到理想效果。每周一到三节课,是最佳频率。

但切勿过度练习,每天练习两课或每天上课皆不适宜。

Yoga practice requires long-term consistent dedication, only in this way you will see tangible changes in you. 1 to 3 classes in a week is the best frequency we recommend. Also, don't go overboard - two classes a day, or every day practice will strain your body, especially for beginners.

第五步 Stage Five

尝试不同类型的瑜伽课程,从而找出最适合你个性和个人需要的瑜伽练习。

Try differnt styles of yoga classes, and identify which fits your requirment and personality the most.


课程预约及取消 Class Booking and Cancellation Policy


课程预约 Class Booking 

你可于课堂开始前两天登记预约,请谨记,只有预约后才可以参与课程。

由于部分课堂的报名人数较多,为保证课堂质量及练习环境,我们会限制课堂人数。

若课堂已经额满,我们会先把您放入候补名单,若有其他学员临时取消,我们会尽快通知您。

You can start class booking 2 days in advance. Please be aware that you can only attend the class with the booking confirmation. Some classes are very popular and we will have a cap on the maximum number of attendance, so as to insure the best quality of the class. If the class is full, we will put you into the waiting list, and will inform you the availability once any student cancel the class.


课程取消 Class Cancellation

如需取消课程,请于课堂开始前两小时取消预约,好让还在等候名单上的学员能来参加课程。

针对连续三十天内累积三次缺席的学员:若首次违规,约课的权利将被暂停一星期;若再次违规,将被暂停预课一个月。

For class cancellation, please inform our staff 2 hours before the class starts, so that we will have enough time to notify the people who are on the waiting list. 

For people with 3 or more cumulative no-shows over a consecutive 30-day period, your booking privileges being revoked for 2 weeks for the first occurrence; thereafter, advance booking will not be allowed for one month


课堂礼仪 Class Discipline

请穿着恰当的服饰参加课程,选择适合肢体伸展的宽松服装,禁止上身赤膊。

请赤脚进入教室,并保持双脚洁净。

请提前五分钟进入教室,迟到十分钟后不得进入教室。

若无特殊原因,请坚持每节课的完整练习,切勿提早离开教室。

进入教室后,尽量不要高声谈论和大笑,让自己融入到瑜伽平静、祥和的世界。

课程中请关闭手机,或将手机调整为飞行模式。

练习过程中,关注自己的呼吸,不要张口说笑,也不要与其他学员说话。

课前、课后与老师之间互行双手合十礼,并轻颂“Namaste”(发音为:na ma si dei),老师对学生行此礼意思是对学生的问候与关爱, 学生对老师行此礼意思是感谢瑜伽、感谢老师带给我们的所有健康和愉悦。 

课后请将自己使用过的练习工具放回原处。包括瑜伽垫,瑜伽砖,瑜伽绳等。 

Please wear appropriately, suitable and loose fitting clothes, for the class, No topless allowed. 

Please enter the classroom barefoot and keep your feet clean.

Please arrive five minutes earlier. No allow into the classroom for people who are 10 mins late. 

Please complete the session and never leave the classroom earlier, if not for special reasons.

Try not to talk loudly and laugh, let yourself immerse into the calm, serene and peaceful world of yoga.

Please turn off your mobile or keep it in the flight mode during the class.

Focus on your breathing and your own practice, try not to talk with other students or laugh loudly.

Before and after class, please put your palms together and say "Namaste" to the teacher. It shows the greeting and caring from the teachers for the students, also the respect and gratitude from the students to the teachers. 

After the class, please return your yoga mat, blocks, straps, and etc. back to the place.

Yoga studio is your private personal space for health & practice, please respect the environment and cleanliness of the space. Try to make yourself more accommodating, respecting the teachers and other students, in the way you would like to be respected by others.
